New management and restaurant. The ramen is pretty tasty. My very flavorful clam ramen had so many clams and delicious chicken meat balls and my ramen was al dente! Just the way I like it.

Hanabi boasts on being both healthy and delicious: 1. Triple filter water in soup bases 2. Ingredients are different – stock uses free range chickens and pasteurized soft boiled eggs 3. Digital Cooking- Food cook times, sodium is monitored – no MSG is needed The curry was just okay but during lunch you can try both ramen and curry for about $10.

I do not feel weighed down and thirsty after my meal. Stick to the ramen. WIll definitely be coming back.

Keep in mind that the place is small and best for groups of 2-4.

Summer is quickly leaving us behind and my favorite Summer Noodles will soon be leaving restaurants. Quick fix year round: Myojo Chukazanmai Ranmen Instant summer noodles!

Package of noodles, sauce and mustard

Instructions: Add noodles to 2 1/2 cups of boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well.
Place noodles on serving plate Top with sliced cucumber, tomato and ham as desired. Add liquid seasoning top with mustard, as desired
