Summer is quickly leaving us behind and my favorite Summer Noodles will soon be leaving restaurants. Quick fix year round: Myojo Chukazanmai Ranmen Instant summer noodles!
Package of noodles, sauce and mustard
Instructions: Add noodles to 2 1/2 cups of boiling water. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain well.
Place noodles on serving plate Top with sliced cucumber, tomato and ham as desired. Add liquid seasoning top with mustard, as desired
