Char Siu (Chinese Barbecue Pork): Day 2- Post 48 hours of marination. Used oven, rack and water. It looks and tastes amazing!!
The name translates as “fork-roasted,” and describes the method of hanging strips of marinated meat on forked skewers and roasting them in an oven or over an open fire.
Home roasted Char Siu (Chinese Barbecue Pork) – Test 1 without using a rack and water. Post 24 hours. Very tender and flavorful. No food coloring was added.
